Over Wrapping
Products wrapped in clear film with parcel style finish on ends of product.
Overwrapping can be used as primary wrapping,where the material is in contact with the product, for example a pack of loose playing cards.
It can also be used as secondary wrapping, where the product has already been packaged using another style of packaging and the overwrap is then an additional level of packaging, for example a box of chocolates.
Overwrapping is also quite extensively used for packaging multiple items as a single unit, for example a twin pack of biscuits.
